THE ORGANIZATION
Fundación Manos del Sur is a non-profit organization founded in 1999 by a group of Latin American professionals in Miami, FL to help children living in extreme poverty in Latin America. Manos del Sur establishes a bridge between individuals and businesses in the United States and abroad who are interested in improving the lives of Latin American children.

Since 1999 Manos Del Sur has helped thousands of children in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, El Salvador, Mexico and Nicaragua. Through our Integrated Assistance Program (IAP) the children have received assistance in health, nutrition and education.

The key to our success derives from a spirit of service and commitment to these children, conservative and honest actions, as well as total transparency in the management of activities and financial resources.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide children living in extreme poverty in Latin America with the opportunity to grow into healthy adults, to be integrated into society and lead accomplished lives for themselves and their families.

VISION
For the children:
Our vision is to create lasting change in the children’s lives. Our principle is not to give the children the solution but to give them the tools to find solutions on their own so that they can become independent decision makers of their future.

For Manos del Sur:
To become one of the leading U.S. based organizations dedicated to aiding children living in extreme poverty, by serving all of Latin America by connecting individuals, non-profit organizations and corporations abroad and the most needy children in the region.
